DUE NOVEMBER 18th
At the Rite of Confirmation, candidates are called by their confirmation name by the Bishop. Candidates choose their confirmation name based on a Saint they are inspiried by and can relate to. Choosing a Confirmation name is personal and you should feel called to that Saint in a special way. Candidates are encouraged to utilize resources available in the church library or online websites . Please verify that all websites are Catholic resource sites. A candidate may also keep their baptismal Christian name as their Confirmation name. This will be the name of the Bishop calls you when you receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Please indicate your selection by filling out the form below. Due November 18th
