Familes are to contact the minsitry/organization directly to inquire about available opportunities and arrange their own projects. Outside organizations are not affiliated with St. Gabriel and parents are responsible for their own invesitgation as to whether they provide a safe environment.

The program helps women take their place in the larger world of work and service and supports their continued education with scholarship awards. By lending your time and care, you enable these mothers to focus on their classes, fostering an environment where personal development and learning thrive. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of both mothers and their children. What We Need: Our GEM's classes are offered on the first Saturday of the month. We need 5 adult volunteers per class / Youth 14+ to assist with our childcare of children that are between the ages of one (or walking) to 12. We have an average of 12 kids in our daycare per class. Confirmation Candidates are asked to have two service experiences, one from each category:
Project 1: Serve the St. Gabriel Community: Help St. Gabriel carry out the mission to make missionary disciples and bring the hope of Jesus to the people of our parish.Project 2: Serve the Local Community: Seek to minister to the poor, vulnerable, elderly, or the care of God's Creation.
