Who: All youth currently in 9th-12th grade

($50 Deposit due at Registration until 4/30/21 - Final payment due 4/30/21) (Deposit is NOT refundable after 4/30/21)

We will be attending the Steubenville Lone Star Catholic youth conference here in Dallas.  We will join 2500 youth from around the country for an awesome weekend of prayer, worship, speakers, workshops and fellowship. Participants will be housed at a hotel near the conference site and should plan to attend the entire weekend.  Meals at the conference are included.  It will be the best weekend of your summer. Period.

Participants limited to 22 teens and 3 adults. Once 22 teens are registered, we will begin a waitlist. Once an adequate amount of teens are on the waitlist, we will look into buying more tickets and adding adults.  Therefore, PLEASE register if you are interested in attending.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING

• ALL participants will be asked to provide a NEGATIVE COVID test prior to leaving for the conference
  • Tests must be taken within 3 days prior to conference (June 22-24th)
    • Both types of viral tests (lab and "rapid") will be accepted
  • PLEASE limit your teens exposure after test is performed
  • Results must be brought with teen on arrival on Friday, June 25th 
• Masks will be required all weekend (especially inside cars and the conference center)
• The conference is using the same style of social distancing that we have used at youth nights
  • Groups size is limited to 25 people (including teens and adults)
  • Each group is socially distant from other groups not socially distant within the group itself
• If ANY person (teen or adult) shows symptoms of COVID
  • They are sent to the First Aid station
  • They are required to get a RAPID COVID test (parents to come to conference to take them )
  • Results need to be communicated to First Aid station
    • If POSTIVE – The entire group of 25 will be told to leave
      • No refunds can be offered if this happens
    • If NEGATIVE – Conference will not send the group home. We will communciate with parents to determine best action.
